 The differences between conscious and sub conscious

1. Both are not two minds.

2 They are merely two spheres of activity within one mind.

3  Reasoning mind is the your Conscious mind .It is that phase of mind that chooses .As for example,

   you choose your books, home and life partner, with your conscious mind you make all your

   decisions.

4. on the other hand, without any Conscious choice on your part, your heart is kept functioning automatically, and the vital functions of digestion, circulation, and breathing are carried on by your Subconscious mind through processes independent of your conscious c thoughts continue to control.

5.your subconscious mind accepts what is impressed upon it or what you consciously believe.

6 It does not reason things out as your conscious mind does, and it does not argue with you controversially.

7 Your subconscious mind is like a bed of soil that accepts any kind of seed, good or bad. your thought are active: they are the seeds, negative, destructive thoughts continue to work negatively in your subconscious mind, Sooner or later, they will emerge and take shape as an outer experience that corresponds to their content.
